1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on Moira Research (“the Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website or purchase any products from us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Site or make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, academic institution, or other entity engaged in legitimate scientific research. Moira Research reserves the right to request verification of credentials at any time.

3. Product Use & Restrictions

All products sold on this Site are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and educational purposes. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, medical diagnosis, therapeutic application, or any personal use. The buyer agrees not to resell, redistribute, or administer any product in a manner inconsistent with its labeled purpose. Misuse of any product is strictly prohibited and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

4. Product Information & Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing on this Site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Moira Research reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice. Pricing is subject to change.

5. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Moira Research reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these terms. Payment must be submitted in full prior to order processing. Orders are not confirmed until payment verification is complete.

6. Shipping & Delivery

A flat shipping fee of $15.00 applies to all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed. Moira Research is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moira Research, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased from this Site. This includes, without limitation, damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow applicable safety protocols. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moira Research and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, your purchase or use of any product, or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Moira Research or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

11. Changes to Terms

Moira Research reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Monthly Box

The Monthly Box is a recurring research order. It renews monthly until you cancel. Each monthly order is 10 % off the prices in effect on that day, plus shipping. Nothing is charged automatically: on the day you choose we email a pay link, and your order ships once payment is confirmed.

If a monthly order has no payment or payment proof after 7 days, it is cancelled, its items return to stock and that month is skipped. The box stays active and we email you the next date. Pause, skip or cancel anytime from your box link, which we email after checkout and resend on request at the Monthly box page. Cancelling your first order also cancels the box. Monthly orders follow our Refund Policy, the same as any other order. All products are for laboratory research only and are not for human or animal use.

Research Use & Assumption of Responsibility Agreement (v1)

By placing this order I, the purchaser, confirm and agree that:

1. Age. I am at least 21 years old.
2. Research use only. All products are sold solely for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified individuals. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
3. No human or animal use. I will not ingest, inject, apply or otherwise administer any product to myself, any other person, or any animal, and I will not sell, give or recommend any product to anyone for such use.
4. Qualified handling. I have the knowledge, training and facilities to handle, store and dispose of research compounds safely and lawfully.
5. Full assumption of responsibility. I accept sole and complete responsibility for the possession, storage, handling, use, misuse and disposal of every product I purchase, and for any consequence, injury, illness, loss or damage that results.
6. Release and indemnity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Moira Research, its owners, employees, suppliers and affiliates from any claim arising from the products or their use, and I will indemnify and hold them harmless from any claim, cost or liability that results from my use or misuse of the products or my breach of this agreement.
7. Compliance. I am responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state and local laws that apply to my purchase, possession and use of these products in my jurisdiction.
8. No advice. Nothing on this website, in any communication, or from the Research Advisor is medical, legal or dosing advice.
9. Right to refuse. Moira Research may cancel any order, without liability, if it believes a product may be used in violation of this agreement.
10. Record. My acceptance, typed name, date, time and device information are recorded and form a binding electronic signature.
