Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

At Moira Research, we want to put things right if an order goes wrong. We are committed to resolving problems fairly and promptly. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or otherwise compromised during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will issue a full replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please do not discard damaged items or packaging until your claim has been resolved.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that does not match what you ordered (wrong compound, wrong strength, or wrong quantity), contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you at our expense.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of the ship date, please reach out to us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, issue a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Because these are research materials, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original sealed condition. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, see the sections above.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped may be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return conditions outlined above.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are sent back by Venmo, to the Venmo account you paid from, within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued.

How to Submit a Claim

To request a refund, replacement, or report an issue with your order, please contact us with the following information:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of any damage or incorrect items
• Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)

Monthly Box

The Monthly Box is a recurring research order that renews monthly until you cancel, at 10 % off the prices in effect on that day. Nothing is charged automatically: we email a pay link, and your order ships once payment is confirmed. An order with no payment or payment proof after 7 days is cancelled and that month is skipped; the box stays active. Pause, skip or cancel anytime from your box link. Refunds on monthly orders work the same as on any other order. All products are for laboratory research only.
